I am 52 saw the Clash fir the 1st time at the end of 76 there was no looking back from then on.Still play the albums today.

I'm 36 and my first introduction to the band was Combat Rock at the age of eight. Needless to say, I've listened to several artists between then and now, and I ALWAYS, ALWAYS still listen to the Clash in between those selective moments. Like several have posted, my passion is the same for this band as it was then, if not, moreso now. What Strummer, Jones, Simonon and Topper had was something special that has been copied and imitated by others, but will never match the rawness, ingenuity and integrity(as well as copious amounts of talent), that this band has achieved. Clash Forever...
